Selection: plenty of options Price: Average/nothing astonishingly different from other dealerships. Customer Service: EXCELLENT! Financing: Transparent, did not waste time or try to oversell us on unnecessary add-ons.

I had a really tough time shopping around at other dealerships. Then I happened to get referred to toyota, saying it was the best. So as I was at a different dealership with a headache, I called Eric. The second I drove on to the lot, I knew why it was the best. Eric Edorati, had already had my stuff pretty set up, from my trade in to my new car. Every step of the way from him was spot on the best experience ever! If you're looking for a new Toyota, stop what you're doing and call Eric Edorati. You don't need to shop around or waste your time. Eric got me in and out in a few hours. He was fair, honest, and he beat all of the other prices with ease. (I had called around to 3 other Toyota dealerships Mo Val, Temecula, Hemet) I also worked with Kenny Hotchkiss to finish the process and he was great as well. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible so they helped me work through several different payment scenarios and we looked at and test drove a few different models. I ended up with a Hybrid Camry and I've been very happy with it. Kenny and Eric were both exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle and several of the features they pointed out have already come in handy. I finished the process out with another great guy, the Finance man, Laz Valenzuela. He was able to find me an additional rebate and actually ended up bringing my payment down a bit. To top everything off, this dealership offers 2 years of free oil changes and roadside assistance. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. I called the fleet manager, Eric Edorati, directly and told him over the phone the vehicle and the price that I needed. Within minutes he responded with the price specs for the car via email and he made sure the vehicle was ready for me when I arrived. After signing the sales contract, which was exactly the amount Eric quoted (no hidden charges), we were in and out in about an hour. We had to go back for the rims and the floor mats which Eric handled and followed up consistently with everyone to make sure it all went smoothly. I went to another dealership in ontario who all they want is your money don't care about what you want. I came over here to the riverside toyota and worked with Eric Edorati who is amazing! I bought a 2020 camry he worked with my budge , he got me what i wanted! So very happy with all his help and service.

7/1/18 we went to Toyota of Riverside to see Eric Edorati whom we have purchased 3 cars with before! And once again Eric made it happen! I went home with my 4runner! Eric is the sales manager and doesn't BS! He cuts to the point. We knew exactly why we were there and that was to trade in my 2017 RAV4 for the 2018 4runner I knew exactly which one I wanted and we test drove it and I knew I wanted to take it home with me! After that we sign the papers and took my 4runner home! I was there for no more than 3 hours!

I was upside down on my last vehicle and Eric Edorati worked very hard to get me into a new car. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the final price. I will be back here in a couple years to get my Tacoma SRT Sport - hold it for me Eric......LOL

I have bought over 10 toyota from this dealership and I have to say they are top notch, Eric Edorati has been my sales man for years, he has always listed to what I am looking for and goes out of his way to help, when I moved back from Arizona with my pos jeep I called him and said I wanted to get a new 2016 tundra, he asked what options I was looking for, 45 minutes later he called and said he had my truck being detailed, now keep in mind I didn't know what color it was or what it looked like, I showed up and he took me straight to financing and I did my docs in less then 10 minutes, he was called for delivery and took me out side and showed me my new truck, I was surprised in the color of white and I asked him how come this color and he said I have never sold you a white car!!
